Gainers Gymnastics is a family owned
business involved in gymnastics instruction. It has been in
business for over 27 years. Degreed physical educators developed
the curriculum which is age appropriate and provides quality instruction
from preschool through competitive levels. Instructors are trained
through Gainers Gymnastics and work under the supervision of owners John
and Judy Redmond.
The main business, Gainers Gymnastics Gym, is located
in South Chicago Heights, Illinois. However, instruction is
provided at several satellite facilities throughout south suburban
Chicago and Northwest Indiana. Instruction for boys and girls is
provided to both private and public clients. Private clients
include participants at the Gainers Gymnastics Gym located in South
Chicago Heights as well as preschool/daycare centers, churches, and
private schools, i.e., University of Chicago Lab School. Public
clients include Park Districts, Parks and Recreation Departments and
public school locations. Gainers
Gymnastics is leading the fight against childhood obesity by providing
physical fitness activities in a structured environment. The
education-based philosophy is the key to helping children develop a
strong sense of self and positive life skills.
